Effective Starting Date: 12/19/2005 We're very grateful for your partnership and association with Child-Hope Zambia’s work and we pledge to retain all user contacts only for our use in facilitating communication. Child-Hope Zambia treats user privacy as a serious issue even when our user data only comprises of email addresses. Child-Hope Zambia does not disclose user information to third parties at all. In the event of opting out of any correspondence all user data of a de-registered user is deleted. Child-Hope Zambia does not spam nor endorse any of such practices.

Child-Hope Zambia has sought services from other organizations for various specialized services. Of major importance on user data are the donation services. The organization intends to soon seek donation services from PayPal, a company owned by Ebay, processes online donations made through Child-Hope Zambia’s website. PayPal is an internationally recognized company serving millions of users ranging from individuals, small businesses to nonprofit organizations like Child-Hope Zambia. We trust that they handle user data of online donors who support Child-Hope Zambia as professionally as they do for all other account users they serve. Child-Hope Zambia has no access to any financial user data that a donor submits through PayPal except the donation amount, donor’s name and address that PayPal supplies us for correspondence purposes with the donor.
